Swirling Phoenix - Leather Pendant

This was my first attempt at a leather-feather based pendant, though it didn't quite fit the purpose I made it for (as a show piece at DragonCon), I really do quite like it It works well as a choker or as a necklace that sits lower down. It has an adjustable chain with a clasp, so you can wear it however you like.

It's made from 4 oz. leather and painted with acrylics. The feather pieces are held together by a super strong adhesive that I use to attach things to my masks. It features stone and metal beads and goldtone wire.

I really need to get one of those necklace 'dummies' I see all over the place to take photos! I took a few of me wearing it but none of them really looked right :\
