Red-tail Tegaki Floaty Head

I guess I've been on a red-tailed hawk kick lately. I wanted to do something quick and digital, and figured since my Tegaki-E account is so empty, I'd draw one there.

I'll probably scrap this. No one ever sees the scrapbook so I put it here first. D:

A note about Tegaki-E - it's essentially an oekaki site but in a blog format? As in you can 'handwrite' (or draw) replies to drawn entries. The setup is very limited - just a few colors and no tools or layers. Only brushes of varying sizes and limited opacity.
