Royal Peacock - Leather and Feather Mask

Wow, this mask was a lot of fun to make I've made a peacock head mask before, but not with a big fancy peacock eye feather crest like this. It's so bouncy and iridescent! It was one of two masks commissioned by a husband and wife for Carnival in Venice next year!

Hand-carved and shaped 7-oz leather painted with acrylics, with real peacock feathers.
