I got the idea for this pendant one day, while neck-deep in commissions and it took all my willpower not to just drop everything and work on it! Who doesn't love the pointed beauty of falcon wings? So sleek, so aerodynamic, I could go on and on about how awesome falcons are, but I sadly don't have enough time to do so.

Hand-carved from 7-oz (bottom layer) and 3-oz (top layer) leather, and painted with acrylics. It comes with a gunmetal chain, decorated with various stone, metal and glass beads. This necklace hangs well high or low, and has a lobster clasp so it's adjustable.

I made two falcon wings...this one is a peregrine, and the next one is a certain white species...
