Cranky Old Birdling

He's old and cranky and his joints hurt and he doesn't have time for you younguns and your fancy squirrel-proof feeders and 'electerick' heated baths and houses with those weird cameras in them.  No sir, he remembers back when he had to fly through six feet of snow just to get a bread crumb and he was HAPPY for it.

Uh, watercolor doodle to test out some watercolor paper.  Which is the paper I used to love until they changed the sizing (or so I thought), but when I returned the pad for a replacement pad, the paper seems to be okay again...I don't know.  My heart has been hurt too much by all this watercolor paper betrayal ;_;

Edit: So far no fewer than three people have noticed a similarity (unintentional) between Cranky Old Birdling and Wilford Brimley of Diabeetus fame.  Therefore this bird's official name will be Wilford.
